Lauren writes the way memory works: looping, echoing, overlapping. Sound becomes story. Story becomes meaning. Sometimes pixelated. Sometimes painfully clear.
From an early age, Lauren seemed to experience life through sound, collecting songs the way other people collect souvenirs—tucking them into memory and letting them anchor moments, people, places, and feelings she didn’t yet have words for. Music became how she understood the world. Storytelling became how she survived it.
Her work explores how the songs we carry shape who we become. From roller-rink anthems to heartbreak ballads, her stories invite readers to sit with beauty and grief alike—to revisit what once was and to find light in the echoes that never fade.
In addition to her passion for music and writing, Lauren is the co-founder of Maverick Digital Solutions, an ethical SEO and digital marketing strategy firm she runs alongside her husband and best friend, Jamie.
At the heart of everything is family. Lauren and Jamie share three beautiful children, a creative, music filled home, and a long standing legacy of miniature dachshunds underfoot, tiny companions woven into the rhythm of daily life.
